Overview: The Rebates & Interconnection Representative’s purpose is to drive the Rebates & Interconnection pipelines forward, be an expert in multiple utility and rebate requirements and handle escalations to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Monitor Dashboards for required tasks Monitor automation tools as needed to meet requirements and timelines Monitor and follow up on the rebate reservation and payment, as well as Interconnection approval process within Service Level Agreement Prepare and Submit documents for utilities and/or incentive programs within Service Level Agreement Be the Subject Matter Expert in assigned markets on all Interconnection/incentive program requirements and processes and serve as a resource for internal stakeholders Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely response to program requirements and corrections Own creation and maintenance of training and reference materials Train new team members on processes...
