Regularly contribute to external interviews, videos, and publications to share project insights. </li><li>Work together with our development team and under the guidance of the CFAN director to develop funding strategies. </li><li>Contribute to reporting related to Caribbean activities and results to funders and donors. </li></ul></div><div>Additional Responsibilities: </div></div><div><div><ul><li>Engage RMI geography teams, particularly the Islands Energy Programme, and content experts to identify and integrate knowledge, experience, and expertise related to the energy transition into the CFAN strategy and offerings. </li><li>Support the design and development of program strategy. </li><li>Engage with leadership across RMI to achieve the programmatic and project needs of CFAN. </li><li>Required Qualifications: </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Master’s level degree, equivalent, or higher, in sustainability, environment, economics, international development, geography, or energy-related discipline. </li><li>At least 7+ years of direct relevant experience, particularly in climate finance. Energy project development experience strongly preferred. </li><li>At least 1-2 years of direct people management experience. </li><li>Significant experience working in the Caribbean and/ in SIDS. </li><li>Excellent time management, organization, entrepreneurship, and drive. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated initiative, accomplishment, and excellent project management skills. </li><li>Experience working among diverse groups with varying perspectives and/or facilitating challenging conversations.  </li><li>Excel at stakeholder engagement and relationship building. </li><li>Experience in capacity development, facilitation, and training program development. </li><li>Willingness to plunge into unfamiliar disciplines and take risks by exploring and testing new ideas. </li></ul></div></div><div><div>Preferred Qualifications: </div><div><ul><li>Experience with and/or knowledge of requirements of multilateral climate funds like the Green Climate Fund, Adaptation Fund, Global Environmental Facility, etc.  </li><li>Prior experience in project and portfolio management, knowledge of Workday or similar platforms is a plus. </li><li>Experience with professional/peer/learning networks, communities of practice, or other types of collaborative processes to achieve scaled impact or solutions. </li><li>Familiarity with country climate action and commitments, including Nationally Determined Contributions planning processes. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Ability to write clear and comprehensive text for internal and external audiences  </li><li>Success in building coalitions for change or achieving shared or community priorities or goals. </li><li>Experience working with multi-laterals or other complex national or sub-national partners within the climate finance landscape. </li><li>Experience working internationally, ideally with a diversity of stakeholders. </li></ul></div><div> </div></div><div>Location    </div><div> </div><div>We are a remote-ready company with team members around the globe. Our beautiful and welcoming offices are available for meetings or focused work, whether you are traveling through or living nearby.   Compensation     RMI compensates based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range is $105,000 to $129,696. You would also have an additional 10% bonus target!   </div><div>Please note that this position requires you to be located in the Caribbean region or Miami, Florida.
