The ideal candidate will bring superb technical capabilities with a demonstrated history of managing large software and data pipelines and/or hardware deployments. What You’ll Do<ul><li>Establish and maintain cloud and data storage/analysis infrastructure. Together we are working on removing billions of tonnes of excess carbon dioxide already in the air due to human-generated CO2 pollution over the last 200 years.Ebb’s approach to removing CO2 from the air is unique because we enhance the ocean’s natural ability to capture and store carbon. In the process, we also locally reduce the acidity of seawater. Our electrochemical technology has the potential to be one of the largest scale and lowest cost approaches to removing excess CO2 from the air.Reporting to the VP of External Affairs, this role will be instrumental in building Ebb Carbon’s product marketing foundations, launching first-of-a-kind products and shaping go-to-market strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely with Ebb Carbon’s Product, Engineering, Science and Business teams. Product Marketing Manager

You’ll be responsible for characterizing and improving Ebb’s novel electrochemical system. The ideal candidate will have superb technical, research and analytical capabilities, with a desire to learn more about bringing a novel process to market. What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Work as part of a team to execute system goals including: build, test, and analysis of the electrochemical system</li><li>Develop and perform analytical chemistry methods</li><li>Perform bench top experiments to aid understanding of the full system</li><li>Maintain and improve a large scale fluids system</li><li>Generate reports and presentations for the technical team</li><li>Maintain lab notes </li></ul>What You'll Need: <ul><li>Majority or full completion of a BS degree in: chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, geochemistry, or equivalent</li><li>Experience with data analysis software</li><li>Desire to learn more about electrochemical systems </li></ul>Bonus:<ul><li>Startup experience ideal, startup mentality a must; someone who is scrappy and gets things done</li><li>Experience in industrial fluid systems, wet bench chemistry, or electrochemistry</li></ul>
