If you join us, you’ll play a meaningful role in taking Swift’s impact to the next level.</p><h2><strong>A day in the life</strong></h2><p>As a Senior Product Development Engineer at Swift Solar, you’ll help ensure that our product continuously meets the company’s, customer’s, and various regulatory body expectations. Your main responsibility will be designing and developing modules that meet our performance goals and safety standards.</p><p>On a typical day, you might meet with our Head of Product to discuss specific sections of the module development and process that you own, propose infrastructure needed for module or material testing, and support the development of test/certification plans. You will work closely with the R&amp;D team and Manufacturing team, serving as an internal resource for anything module related.  </p><p>As an early hire, you’ll help craft Swift’s culture. In this role you’ll be interacting with every part of the company, which will naturally lead to many opportunities to grow your own skills and responsibilities. Senior Product Engineer

If you join us, you’ll play a meaningful role in taking Swift’s impact to the next level.</p><h2><strong>A day in the life</strong></h2><p>As an Executive Operating Partner, you will work closely with our CEO and Chief of Staff to execute on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives. </p><p>One of your main goals is to significantly reduce CEO involvement in operational tasks. You will be responsible for improving internal communications, managing KPI reporting, and helping to manage government grants, consultants, and service providers. On a typical day, you might do some techno-economic analysis and put together plots to support fundraising, update and present KPIs, shadow the CEO in several meetings, write a quarterly report for a grant, run a project meeting, and jump in to help fight whatever fires are burning hottest. </p><p>Expect to pick up new responsibilities frequently.
