Rock Rabbit is seeking an account executive to join our rapidly growing team. This is a crucial role that will have ownership over the entire customer journey, from prospecting through to ongoing relationship management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator with existing expertise in the residential building retrofit market. 
Responsibilities

<li>Identify and cultivate potential new clients who can benefit from our solution</li>
<li>Conduct effective presentations and demos to showcase how the product can meet the potential clients' sustainability and business goals</li>
<li>Manage negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring that the terms meet both the client&rsquo;s and the company's objectives</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage renewals and long-term partnerships</li>
<li>Stay informed about the latest trends in the industry, and understand the product&rsquo;s features in depth to effectively communicate its value</li>
<li>Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to relay customer feedback and help guide the product's ongoing development</li>

Compensation
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 plus benefits, equity and variable compensation for Sales-related roles. This range represents Rock Rabbit&rsquo;s good faith estimate of competitively-priced salary for the role based on national, real-time industry data from companies of a similar growth stage. This range reflects minimum and maximum new hire salaries for the role across US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and individual factors including relevant skills, experience and education or training. This range correlates to the relative level of the candidate we believe we need for the role and may require an adjustment for candidates of a different level. The Role
Rock Rabbit is seeking a building decarbonization analyst to join our rapidly growing team. This role is a crucial team member, who will be one of our resident experts on building decarbonization programs, policies, technologies and markets. Other core responsibilities include translating customer needs into product requirements, engaging with customers and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions, and assisting with business development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with existing subject matter expertise in building electrification and/or energy efficiency policy and programs. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Be an expert on building decarbonization policy and programs, with a focus on incentive programs for residential retrofits</li>
<li>Play a key role in defining the company vision for new industry standards for incentive program design and implementation</li>
<li>Assist in ideation, design and implementation of new and innovative products and features, informed by ongoing analysis of technology trends, policy developments and customer needs</li>
<li>Assist with business development and go-to-market, including the design and execution of pilot engagements to test and demonstrate our product with customers and key stakeholders</li>
<li>Assist with the development of partnerships, including strategic and channel partnerships, to support our go-to-market strategy</li>
<li>Interact with and support our customers to answer subject matter related questions and maintain an excellent customer experience</li>
<li>Collaborate and influence program design and implementation strategy at incentive providers and regulatory agencies</li>
