Manager (Research and Advisory)- Carbon markets 

cKinetics is looking for an experienced Client Support Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing carbon markets division. The role involves supporting existing and potential clients in utilizing our subscription-based platform&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://www.ccarbon.info/">www.cCarbon.info</a>. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with an opportunity to convert to a full-time position (up to 40 hours/week).&nbsp;The ideal candidate should be self-driven, prompt, and capable of multitasking effectively. They should be adept at using general online tools and have excellent communication skills in English. <h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Enrolling new client users on the platform and addressing account management queries of existing clients&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting contracting and filing of contracts&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting invoicing and payments&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Keeping CRM up to date with client information and inquiries&nbsp;</li><li>Serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinating with analyst team to ensure a timely customer response</li><li>Developing and implementing a social media engagement plan to continue to grow a meaningful presence on social platforms</li><li>Working with subject matter experts to create and publish engaging posts on LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) to showcase our insights and industry trends&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Qualifications (Must Have)</h3><ul><li>5-10 years of relevant customer support or administrative assistant experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and customer obsession&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with using CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English writing and speaking&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>A demonstrated passion for sustainability and working to address climate change&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Qualifications (Nice To Have)</h3><ul><li>Prior experience of working at a rapidly growth company</li><li>Basic understanding of carbon markets</li></ul><h3>Preferred location/timing</h3>It is a remote position with a preference for operating in the US East Coast time zone.About cKinetics&nbsp;cKinetics (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://www.cKinetics.com">www.cKinetics.com</a>) is a mission driven Sustainability Insight, Innovation &amp; Capital Advisory Firm.
