<h4>POSITION SUMMARY&nbsp;</h4>
The Science, Solutions, and Policy Associate is primarily responsible for assisting the team with a range of research and analytical tasks, reviewing outward facing content, and providing support to programs and campaigns. The position entails research and content creation centered on climate change impacts and solutions, energy and climate policy and other relevant issues. Additionally, the Science, Solutions, and Policy Associate works closely with the Presentations Associate to support the vetting, organizing, updating, reconstructing, and releasing of PowerPoint presentations to the Climate Reality Leadership Corps volunteers.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Currently reporting to the Science, Solutions, and Policy Deputy Director, the Science, Solutions, and Policy Associate has no direct reports.&nbsp;

This is a full time, exempt, benefits-eligible, hybrid position. The Climate Reality Project offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with staff working from our office in downtown Washington, DC at least two days per week to enable and encourage collaboration within and among teams. The salary range for the role is $65,000-$66,300 USD per year.&nbsp;
<h4>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</h4>

<li>Primary responsibility of the role is to research climate and energy related issues and draft memos and briefs that will be utilized across the organization and externally&nbsp;</li>

The Midwest Southwest, and Rocky Mountain Regional Organizer is responsible for supporting chapters across the Midwest, Southwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States, working with Chapter Chairs and Leadership Committee members to provide resources, trainings, and dedicated support. This position will work closely with Chapters running or interested in running Climate Reality campaigns, building tools for them to use and amplify amongst their Chapter membership, helping to train organizers, and generally acting as a personal point of contact for engaged volunteers. As a representative of the US Field team, this position also assists in efforts to meet strategic program and organizational goals through outreach and partnership-building with new constituencies, building strong relationships within this region.&nbsp;&nbsp;

<h1>Position Summary</h1>
The Digital Fundraising Associate will work closely with members of the Communications and Advancement teams, and outside vendors to execute day-to-day activities for Climate robust grassroots digital fundraising program. This position will be responsible for writing and building fundraising web pages, SMS messages, and emails, answering inquiries from online donors, assisting in email targeting and donor list segmentation, and assisting in managing donor records in Climate Reality&rsquo;s customer relationship management (CRM) system and email marketing platform.

<li>Assist with targeting emails and building list segmentation for online donors and non-donors on Climate Reality&rsquo;s email list in EveryAction.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Digital Fundraising Manager on campaign plans, goals, and strategies, and write campaign-specific plans that operationalize annual, quarterly, or monthly goals.</li>
<li>Support maintenance of donor records, opportunities, and correspondence including established procedures.</li>
<li>Produce reports, dashboards, and build queries that accurately meet the criteria outlined by internal clients, as well as help to define those criteria with the Digital Fundraising Manager.</li>
<li>Respond to all supporter requests and donation or service issues in a timely, professional, and enthusiastic manner via multiple channels, including phone, email, and text messaging.</li>
<li>Assist with tracking and reporting on analytics for email marketing, social media, and website performance as it relates to fundraising.</li>

<h1>Position Summary</h1>
The Social Media Associate supports the Social Media Manager and is collaboratively responsible for creating daily social media content, growing Climate Reality&rsquo;s social media audiences, reporting on social media efforts, and finding innovative ways to increase Climate Reality&rsquo;s brand visibility online.
Currently reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Associate has no direct reports. &nbsp;
This position is within a union-represented collective bargaining unit, and specific terms and conditions of employment will be subject to a collective bargaining agreement between Climate Reality and the union.
<h1>This is a full time, exempt, benefits-eligible, hybrid position. The Climate Reality Project offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with staff working from our office in downtown Washington, DC at least two days per week to enable and encourage collaboration within and among teams. <h1>Duties and Responsibilities</h1>
<ul>
<li>Implement the organization&rsquo;s social media strategy, including assisting in managing a cross-channel editorial calendar, ideation, writing, and posting organic and paid messages to social media, private social networks, and other channels.</li>
<li>Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. Record direct-to-camera videos.</li>
<li>Research new social media trends, tools, and benchmarks and recommend organizational responses to capitalize accordingly</li>
<li>Support the identification of key influencers, celebrities, and partners, including brainstorming and executing innovative ways to leverage supporters, partners, and advocates on social media to expand influence, affinity, and authority of the organization&rsquo;s brand.</li>
<li>Track strategic metrics, including analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.</li>
<li>Support and/or manage social media efforts during organizational training and event promotional periods, including on-the-ground support for trainings and events. Responsibilities include outreach toolkit development, capturing content, working with photographer-videographer, conducting on-the-spot interviews, editing in a fast-paced environment and more.</li>
<li>Multitask and follow up on assignments, delivering on deadlines effectively, including rapid response content following major breakthroughs or events.</li>
<li>Monitor social media properties for customer service and fan conversation opportunities, including initiating conversations and engaging in online dialogue, monitoring social networks for violations of posting terms and community standards, and removing posts as required.</li>
<li>Support and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our operations and enrichment of our culture, for example by serving on ad hoc or ongoing work groups, assisting with the onboarding and training of colleagues, and participating in efforts to assess, refine, and strengthen our culture and practices.</li>

 Position Summary The Climate Reality Project seeks a Digital Fundraising Manager to oversee the online fundraising program at the organization. They will work cross-departmentally and within the digital team to create and manage digital fundraising campaigns across email, social media, web, SMS, and digital ads.
 This is a full time, exempt, benefits-eligible, hybrid position, currently expected to work from The Climate Reality Project office in downtown Washington DC at least two days per week. The salary for the role is $76,000 per year.
 Duties and Responsibilities &bull; Oversee digital fundraising and engagement initiatives and campaigns to acquire, renew and retain members. &bull; Oversee creation and execution of online cultivation and stewardship communications, as well as direct solicitations. &bull; Collaborate with other members of the Digital Team to optimize our website, SMS program, and organic social media to maximize digital fundraising opportunities. &bull; Track the performance of our digital fundraising and regularly report to organizational stakeholders. &bull; Lead paid acquisition program of new supporters (ads + list buys) and manage an onboarding strategy to convert as many as possible into donors. &bull; Act as primary contact for EveryAction and other fundraising tools and properties. &bull; Run regular testing to optimize performance and co-manage digital testing plan with digital mobilization senior manager. &bull; Pull and analyze data and lists related to email, fundraising performance, and more on EveryAction, in collaboration with the digital fundraising associate. &bull; Research new digital trends, tools, and benchmarks (and responding accordingly). &bull; Co-manage Climate Reality&rsquo;s email and SMS calendar in collaboration with the digital mobilization senior manager and others on the Digital Team. &bull; Proof and assure quality of all digital fundraising-related content before launch.
