<h4>POSITION SUMMARY&nbsp;</h4>
The Midwest Southwest, and Rocky Mountain Regional Organizer is responsible for supporting chapters across the Midwest, Southwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States, working with Chapter Chairs and Leadership Committee members to provide resources, trainings, and dedicated support. This position will work closely with Chapters running or interested in running Climate Reality campaigns, building tools for them to use and amplify amongst their Chapter membership, helping to train organizers, and generally acting as a personal point of contact for engaged volunteers. As a representative of the US Field team, this position also assists in efforts to meet strategic program and organizational goals through outreach and partnership-building with new constituencies, building strong relationships within this region.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Currently reporting to the US Field Manager, the Midwest, Southwest, and Rocky Mountain Regional Organizer has no direct reports.&nbsp;
This is a full time, non-exempt/hourly, benefits-eligible position that is currently classified as a remote. The salary range for the role is $55,000-$56,100 USD per year.&nbsp;
This position is within a union-represented collective bargaining unit, and specific terms and conditions of employment will be subject to a collective bargaining agreement between Climate Reality and the union.&nbsp;
<h4>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</h4>
<ul>
<li>Work with the Chapters team to recruit, onboard, and support new Climate Reality chapterschapters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide on-going support, follow up, and leadership development to chapters&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct monthly one-on-one calls with chapter chairs to build lasting relationships with them as their point person on staff and help lead monthly national leadership calls&nbsp;</li>
<li>Act as the liaison between Climate Reality and Chapters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilitate meetups and retreats between regional chapters to foster peer learning and development&nbsp;</li>
<li>Train Climate Reality chapters on campaigns and organizing skills through developing Chapter Training Series curriculum content and acting as a skill trainer for webinars and in-person training events&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build organizational storytelling capacity by compiling chapter narratives, accomplishments, and photos to share with both internal and external audiences&nbsp;</li>
<li>Adhere and contribute to strong data management practices and program metrics&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support chapters with administrative duties&nbsp;</li>
<li>Serve as a resource for your chapters and the organization on regionally relevant issues and campaigns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and maintain regional partnerships and identify strategic coalition spaces for Climate Reality and our chapters to join&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support chapters as they run Climate Reality campaigns, with support from the Campaigns team. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support chapters as they run Climate Reality campaigns like 100% Committed, with support from the Campaign Strategist and Chapter Campaigns Manager&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the creation and implementation of chapter-specific campaign plans by providing feedback on plans and coaching through prioritization of actions to create impactimpact.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track the progress of chapter-led campaigns and chapter development in coordination with the Chapters Team&nbsp;</li>
<li>Adhere and contribute to strong data management practices and program metric&nbsp;</li>

Central Regional Organizer

 Position Summary The Climate Reality Project seeks a Digital Fundraising Manager to oversee the online fundraising program at the organization. They will work cross-departmentally and within the digital team to create and manage digital fundraising campaigns across email, social media, web, SMS, and digital ads.
 This is a full time, exempt, benefits-eligible, hybrid position, currently expected to work from The Climate Reality Project office in downtown Washington DC at least two days per week. The salary for the role is $76,000 per year.
 Duties and Responsibilities &bull; Oversee digital fundraising and engagement initiatives and campaigns to acquire, renew and retain members. &bull; Oversee creation and execution of online cultivation and stewardship communications, as well as direct solicitations. &bull; Collaborate with other members of the Digital Team to optimize our website, SMS program, and organic social media to maximize digital fundraising opportunities. &bull; Track the performance of our digital fundraising and regularly report to organizational stakeholders. &bull; Lead paid acquisition program of new supporters (ads + list buys) and manage an onboarding strategy to convert as many as possible into donors. &bull; Act as primary contact for EveryAction and other fundraising tools and properties. &bull; Run regular testing to optimize performance and co-manage digital testing plan with digital mobilization senior manager. &bull; Pull and analyze data and lists related to email, fundraising performance, and more on EveryAction, in collaboration with the digital fundraising associate. &bull; Research new digital trends, tools, and benchmarks (and responding accordingly). &bull; Co-manage Climate Reality&rsquo;s email and SMS calendar in collaboration with the digital mobilization senior manager and others on the Digital Team. &bull; Proof and assure quality of all digital fundraising-related content before launch.

 Education and Experience &bull; Equivalent experience and/or a Bachelor's degree welcome. &bull; Has a minimum of 5 years of experience strategizing and executing digital fundraising campaigns. &bull; At least two years experience directly managing staff &bull; Demonstrated experience with EveryAction/Bonterra or similar platform utilized for digital fundraising required &bull; Interest and some experience working with international audiences and content desired.
