You will help clients understand power market dynamics and partner with them to develop strategies for managing financial risk. You will independently lead analysis to provide deeper insight into market participation, market rules, and more to help drive differentiated performance for our customers.    You will develop and mentor a team that independently and proactively identifies opportunities for analytical insight, coaching them through the analysis and refinement of results into client-ready communications, contributing to our culture of ownership and innovation.
