El Operador de puntos de recarga ayudará en el proceso de puesta en marcha y gestionará todas las incidencias/alarmas planteadas en la Plataforma de Operación. Gestionará el cierre de las alarmas contribuyendo a reducir el tiempo de inactividad de los cargadores de vehículos eléctricos ayudando a mejorar la experiencia de usuario del cliente. A continuación, se detallan todas las tareas que deberá realizar. En coordinación con Departamento de Puestas en Marcha: <ul><li>las puestas en marcha con empresas instaladoras.</li><li>a nuestros departamentos internos de la entrada en operación de los puntos de recarga.</li></ul> En coordinación con Gerencia de Operaciones: <ul><li>Realizar seguimiento de cualquier incidencia/alarma en la Plataforma de Control.</li><li>En contacto con nuestras empresas de mantenimiento para resolver la incidencia de forma remota o en el sitio.</li><li>En contacto con el cliente para explicar/proporcionar una solución a cualquier alarma planteada.</li><li>Configuraciones y comprobaciones de los cargadores en operación a través del software de gestión.</li><li>Información/reportes de operación destinados para dar seguimiento a las operaciones.</li><li>Aportar ideas de mejora para nuevas funcionalidades de la Plataforma/App.</li><li>Resolución de múltiples problemas al mismo tiempo.</li></ul> Formación y experiencia <ul><li>Título profesional en Electricidad/ Electrónica o Informática</li><li>Al menos 2 años de Experiencia en operación y resolución de problemas de instalaciones en puntos de recarga.</li><li>Conocimiento en paquete Microsoft Office.</li><li>Conocimiento del REBT y plataformas de Software de gestión de operaciones.</li><li>Habilidades de comunicación, motivación y capacidad demostrada para resolver problemas.</li><li>Motivación por el trato y satisfacción del cliente</li><li>Capaz de trabajar en varios proyectos al mismo tiempo</li><li>Capacidad para manejar la presión y cumplir con los plazos</li><li>Habilidad para comunicarse en Inglés.
