We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Technician to join our dynamic team in the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering sector. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with battery materials, assembly processes, and testing to ensure product quality and performance. This role is critical for Anthro to deliver on our internal technical milestones and external customer projects.<h3>What you will do</h3><ul> <li>Build and test battery cells following standard operating procedures (SOPs). </li> <li>Conduct performance evaluations, including capacity, cycle life, and thermal tests. </li> <li>Handle battery materials, cells, and electrolytes while maintaining safety protocols. </li> <li>Safely operate lab equipment such as cell testers, cyclers, and environmental chambers. </li> <li>Collect and document test data, generating reports for engineering and R&amp;D teams. </li> <li>Work closely with engineers and scientists to optimize battery performance and manufacturing processes. </li> <li>Follow safety guidelines for handling lithium-ion and other battery chemistries. </li> <li>Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials. </li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Education: HS Diploma or GED </li> <li>Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
