Sales Representative - Agile Sustainability Practitioner Programme

We are a professional collaborative alliance to move the needle from &ldquo;theory&rdquo; to &ldquo;practice&rdquo; to the biggest challenges our species has faced to date. Because that is the hardest step in ANY change: Crossing the chasm from &ldquo;theoretical agreement&rdquo; to &ldquo;tangible impactful action&rdquo;.
We have launched an Agile Sustainability Practitioner Programme, which covers navigating Circular Economy, SDGs and Complexity Studies.

Join us as we grow, agile practitioners are key placed to help on the transition to achive global sustainability goals. We work to minimise our footprint and as part of this programme we have also put in place a Pay It Forward scheme with which we aim to level up the playing field by design for who do not have the means.
Responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Prospect, identify, and engage potential candidates for the Agile Sustainability Practitioner Programme.</li>
<li>Utilize in-depth understanding of the Agile ecosystem to effectively communicate the value proposition of the programme.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commission based on performance.</li>
</ol>
Requirements:
<ol>
<li>Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the Agile ecosystem and its applications in sustainability initiatives.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a passion for climate action and sustainability.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and remotely.</li>
<li>Prior experience or interest in Agile training sales is a plus.</li>
