Key Responsibilities:<ul><li> Develop a comprehensive understanding of the European nuclear sector for embedded contractors, aligning Thomas Thor's capabilities with client needs and opportunities.</li><li> Engage in hands-on business development with key decision-makers through meetings and calls, including line managers, directors, and HR stakeholders.</li><li> Execute strategies such as sales calls, video meetings, and attendance at industry events to drive business growth.</li><li> Identify and create high-value opportunities, positioning Thomas Thor as a trusted partner for major projects.</li><li>Build and nurture high-trust relationships with decision-makers, taking responsibility for successful delivery and accountability for outcomes. </li></ul> Essential Skills, Experience, and Attributes:<ul><li>You will have proven experience in business and market development within staff augmentation, contract recruitment, or a similarly complex, regulated sector, ideally within nuclear.</li><li>You must possess a proactive and opportunistic mindset, demonstrating a proven ability to convert needs into successful outcomes.</li><li>You will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, with a passion for client satisfaction and the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.</li><li>You must be competent with CRM systems and social media platforms, alongside having strong numerical acumen and attention to detail.</li><li>You will be willing to travel across Europe as required (approximately 20% travel) and be fluent in English. </li></ul>Desired Skills, Experience, and Attributes:<ul><li>You will have a robust existing network within the European nuclear sector.</li><li>You must demonstrate ambition to build and lead a team, with previous experience in team management.</li><li>You will possess language skills in target geographies (e.g., Polish, Czech, Romanian, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch), which would be an advantage.</li></ul>
