<div> Job Details <div>Job Location:    San Diego Warehouse - San Diego, CA</div> <div>Position Type:    Full Time</div> <div>Salary Range:    $30.00 - $40.00 Hourly</div> <div>Job Shift:    Any</div> </div>DescriptionThe Electrician will be responsible for the installation of solar PV systems, possess a Master or Journeymans electrical license, ensure quality control of solar installations, maintain and promote strong morale amongst the installation team, provide ongoing feedback and support pertaining to ways in which the installation teams may be improved upon, and such other responsibilities as the Company may request from time to time.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Vast knowledge of the National Electrical Code, troubleshooting, and layout</li><li>Able to read drawings and electrical single line diagrams</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills required</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Outstanding work ethic.</li><li>Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold) Proficiency in installing all types of grid-tied inverters &amp; able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems</li><li>NEC codes that relate to PV installations</li><li>Must be very organized and be able to meet timeline expectations Must deliver a high level of customer service</li><li>Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work on high roofs</li></ul>Essential Functions:<ul><li>One year of solar installation experience preferred however, we are willing to train the right individual who may have the characteristics and skills we are looking for to fit in with our Bright Planet Solar team!
