If you are interested in learning more, we would love to hear from you.   Title: HSE Specialist   The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Specialist will lead health, safety, and environmental efforts on project sites during construction and will support long-term as needed throughout asset operation.  The HSE Specialist will proactively address risks and concerns relating to health, safety, and or environment with robust training programs, both for internal team members, as well as with external contractors.  This role will actively contribute to meeting or exceeding compliance standards by conducting regular inspections and audits, as well as managing applicable reporting systems.  The HSE Specialist will collaborate closely with various members of the EPC, Asset Management, and Operations departments at East Point Energy and will report directly to the Director of Operations.       Roles &amp; Responsibilities:   <ul><li>Develop and lead safety programs and activities, tailored to individual site and project needs as required  </li><li>Serve as the on-site HSE representative during construction/commissioning activities, as well as oversee warranty &amp; maintenance activity compliance during operations  </li><li>Review safety submittals and attend preconstruction and preparatory meetings with contractors  </li><li>Review proposals to evaluate counterparty expertise and compliance with East Point Energy HSE standards. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. Title: Energy Storage Technical Specialist The Energy Storage Technical Specialist will provide battery energy storage system (BESS) engineering leadership, deploying a deep understanding of energy storage products and system optimization to identify opportunities to create more value for projects. Working together with teams representing a full project lifecycle from development to construction to operations, this role will define the solution sets that enable East Point to execute on our energy storage pipeline effectively. The Energy Storage Technical Specialist will fulfill a key subject matter expert role on the East Point team. The Technical Specialist will work closely with members of the development engineering, project development, business development, EPC and asset management teams to support the development and growth of East Point’s energy storage portfolios.
