Scooter Mechanic Amsterdam

You will be a vital part of the Warehouse team of felyx. The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for the receipt, storage and dispatch of motorbike spare parts. Your main function is to ensure that all parts and components arrive at their destination in perfect condition and on time. In addition, you will maintain the order and cleanliness of the warehouse and work closely with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow, reporting directly to the Warehouse Coordinator.<ul><li>Receive and verify the quantity and quality of spare parts received.</li><li>Record incoming products in the ERP (inventory system).</li><li>Notify suppliers or the purchasing team of any discrepancies or defects in incoming products.</li><li>Properly label products and ensure that storage locations are updated in the system.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.</li><li>Pick, pack and prepare orders of motorbike spare parts for shipment to different cities.</li><li>Coordinate with transport companies to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.</li><li>Track shipments and resolve any problems that may arise during transport.</li><li>Maintain fluid communication with collegues of other cities and HQ on shipping, inventory status and replenishment needs.</li><li>Participate in inventory audits and quality control processes.</li></ul>

👤You will be a vital part of the People &amp; Culture team of felyx, Cooltra's new sister company from the Netherlands.You will focus on HR administration, recruitment and overall employee experience for your colleagues in the Netherlands &amp; Belgium. You will take full responsibility for the HR administration processes, source and hire the right people for our HQ and Ops roles, and set up projects focusing on company culture and employee experience. This is an ideal role for someone who likes to take initiative and is interested in a broad range of different HR topics. When we have many open vacancies, you will spend more time on recruitment and when we have fewer open vacancies, you will spend more time on employee experience and general administration.
