Your challenge The Hubject Services Division has a broad offering of products &amp; services and a broad range of customers. Our flagship services include Plug&amp;Charge, interoperability testing facilities, bespoke OEM solutions, technical consultancy, and delivery of public-funded eMobility research programmes. We’re looking for a Business Development manager - eMobility Services (all genders) ideally with a track record of successfully building relationships within the automotive industry, pitching solutions to B2B partners, and closing deals. The role will report to the divisional Director of Services. Why Hubject We develop ideas and deliver solutions for the eMobility market We are working on the most important growth topics We are an international team of very motivated eMobility enthusiastsANDWe have over 30 benefits different categories:<ul><li>Food &amp; drinks (food subsidy on the Euref-Campus restaurants)</li><li>Mobility (BVG subsidy)</li><li>Health &amp; sports (Urban sports membership M)</li><li>Equipment (Laptop etc)</li><li>Learning and development (yearly training budget and Udemy learning platform access)</li><li>Hubject Lifestyle (Voiio membership)</li><li>Family-friendly environment (flex working time)</li></ul> Your Tasks <ul><li>Prospect and Generate Leads – Identify and reach out to potential new customers through networking and referrals to drive new business opportunities. </li><li>Develop and Deliver High-Impact Sales Pitches – Create compelling sales presentations and pitches tailored to different audiences, delivering them confidently to prospects, partners, and stakeholders on a regular basis. </li><li>Close High-Value Sales Deals – Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into customers, negotiating contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets. </li><li>Manage and Grow Existing Accounts – Nurture long-term relationships with current partners, ensuring ongoing sales opportunities and upselling additional products or services. </li><li>Track and Report Sales Performance – Monitor sales progress against targets, and adjust strategies to maximise revenue generation.</li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li>eMobility know-how, passion, and a desire to drive the industry forward</li><li>You have a strong track record of closing deals of €100-500k ideally </li><li>You enjoy getting in front of customers and presenting offers that have a technical nature to them </li><li>You’re a great communicator </li><li>Excellent network and stakeholder management skills </li><li>You have an existing network of OEM relationships </li><li>Minimum of 5 years sales experience</li></ul> Language Fluent in English Start date ​​​​​May 2025 Location Onsite in Berlin is preferredHybrid system:<ul><li>2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote</li><li>EUREF Campus in Schöneberg in Berlin - Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility</li></ul>Remote work options are possible, however frequent traveling to Berlin will be necessary.
