Mantel is seeking an Engineering Manager to support the engineering, development and execution of cutting-edge carbon capture technology using molten salts as a novel CO₂ sorbent material. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to build and manage a high-performing engineering team, oversee complex engineering projects, and drive the successful design, commissioning, and operation of Mantel’s early projects.As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring engineers, setting project budgets and timelines, and leading teams in testing, troubleshooting, and developing new systems.
