<div><div>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Leamington, ON. The Service Manager will oversee and manage the service and maintenance operations for packing line equipment. Collaborate with Parts and Service department to ensure excellent parts and service delivery, scheduling service calls as well as after-hours support. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues with automated systems and resolving them in a timely manner. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime and extend the lifespan of automated equipment. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new automated systems and machinery. Maintain service logs and generate detailed reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Drive initiatives to improve service processes, increase efficiency, and ensure high customer satisfaction. </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required) <ul><li>At least 3-5 years of experience in service management within the automation, machinery, or horticulture industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role. General Electrical License is a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of automation technologies, PLC systems, and controls. As a Field Service Technician, you will be traveling to customer sites located in California and other sites in the US and Canada. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated machinery and equipment.
