Build strong relationships with founders, engineers, and the product team.&nbsp;· User Research Mastery: Conduct user interviews, identify pain points, and develop key user personas to inform design decisions. Synthesize existing user research, interviews, and video recording.&nbsp;· Design Systems Kickoff: Launch the initial structure for our design system, establishing consistency across UI components, colors, and typography.&nbsp;· Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders for our MVP modules.&nbsp;· Stakeholder Collaboration: Present early designs to founders, engineers, and other team members for feedback and iteration.&nbsp;Key Deliverables:&nbsp;· Comprehensive user research and personas&nbsp;· Foundational design system&nbsp;· At least two core feature mockups or prototypes&nbsp;Next 180 Days – Design Execution &amp; User Feedback&nbsp;· UI/UX Refinement: Transition concepts into production-ready assets. Collaborate with engineers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately.&nbsp;· Design System Expansion: Evolve the design system to accommodate new features and edge cases, integrating it deeply into the development workflow.&nbsp;· Usability Testing: Lead testing sessions, collect feedback, and iterate designs based on user data and insights.&nbsp;· Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to address any challenges during the development cycle.&nbsp;· Launch Core Features: Design and launch user-facing features on the neuroGrid platform, focusing on creating intuitive and visually appealing experiences.&nbsp;Key Deliverables:&nbsp;· An expanded and refined design system&nbsp;· Polished UI components for at least five core features&nbsp;· Actionable user feedback reports&nbsp;By Day 365 – Ownership &amp; Product Mastery&nbsp;· Design Ownership: Take full ownership of the product’s UI/UX design from discovery to delivery.&nbsp;· End-to-End User Journeys: Perfect each step of the user journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and engaging feature usage.&nbsp;· Data-Driven Design: Leverage user behavior data, feedback loops, and usability testing to iteratively refine designs.&nbsp;· Brand Consistency: Ensure design consistency across every user touchpoint, from the platform to marketing materials.&nbsp;· Long-Term Vision: Contribute to the strategic direction of the product, advocating for design-driven decisions that shape the product roadmap.&nbsp;Key Deliverables:&nbsp;· A comprehensive, cohesive design system&nbsp;· A visually delightful and user-friendly platform&nbsp;· Continuous process improvements for design iteration&nbsp;---&nbsp;Who You Are:&nbsp;· A Design Visionary: You’re passionate about creating elegant, user-centered experiences.&nbsp;· A Problem Solver: You thrive on turning ambiguity into clarity, using user insights to drive decisions.&nbsp;· A Collaborative Partner: You excel at working with engineers and founders to build amazing products.&nbsp;· A Self-Starter: You’re not afraid to take full ownership of the design process—from research to final delivery.&nbsp;
