This role is responsible for the verification of food safety and quality programs, ensuring and verifying proper documentation by QA lab, leading root cause analysis investigations originating from non-conformances identified in the plant as well as via customer complaints and audits and implementing corrective actions. Assists with compliance to a GFSI scheme, regulatory and customer requirements and assists in audits. The employee will be responsible for preventative maintenance of, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment used in food manufacturing, including packaging machinery, processing equipment, conveyors, and other related systems. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement. </span></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Essential Job Functions:</h3><ul><li>Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues or malfunctions.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical, electrical and controls problems.
