You will work directly with our customer support and HW vendor partners to troubleshoot and resolve EV charging station issues in the field and return stations to active service in the shortest possible timeframe. The proper candidate will be comfortable with hardware and software technologies and able to execute effectively against demanding SLAs. Tech Support Specialist

<div class='\"job-descr' content> EV Connect is seeking a QA Engineer near the Raleigh, NC area who shares our passion for electric vehicles and their ability to positively impact transportation, air quality and energy independence for generations to come. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in testing methods and best practices in an agile SDLC, including functional, smoke, regression, end-to-end, and hardware integration. The candidate should have experience interfacing with customers regarding bug reporting, test execution, deployments, and release status.
