Dandelion is looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team! You will serve as Dandelion’s first line of defense to improve quality, customer satisfaction and installation productivity. Expect to work directly with the CRO and sales leadership to shape and implement the growth of our new construction team and offerings. This position will be based in the Northeast or mid-Atlantic with a primary focus on developing new opportunities in these regions. You will spend most of your time working up and down the full sales pipeline: building new relationships in the market, developing proposals with scope and pricing, and closing business. Channel Sales Executive – B2B (NE and Mid Atlantic)

Our Geothermal Senior HVAC Installers have an integral part in the success of Dandelion Energy. As we are growing and expanding our services, we are looking to hire an experienced, driven, proactive HVAC/R Installer who's excited about helping people improve their homes by switching to renewable energy. You'll be responsible for the installation of heat pumps in residential settings while coaching and leading our installation crew to perform the task with the highest regard to quality and safety. Senior HVAC Installer

The VP of Construction/Drilling will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing drilling activities for geothermal energy projects. This position will involve strategic planning, technical expertise, and operational leadership to ensure successful drilling operations that maximize productivity and minimize costs in a safe environment for our teams. Reporting to the COO, the VP will oversee a multi-state team of drilling crews, collaborate closely with other departments and drive continuous improvement in drilling performance.
