We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Clerk who is skilled in inventory management processes. Warehouse Clerk

Senior HVAC Installer, Crew Lead 

We are looking for an Energy Consultant who will perform virtual and in-home consultations with prospective customers who are interested in utilizing geothermal for heating and cooling their homes. Energy Consultants are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience prior to transferring the project to the Dandelion Operations Team for permitting and installation. During consultations, you'll overview the benefits of Dandelion’s innovative approach to geothermal, assess the home’s existing HVAC system, and walk the client through site viability, economic benefits, ancillary benefits, system features, design explanations, incentives and credits, financing and payment options. Energy Sales Consultant

As Dandelion’s Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to lead a team, develop impactful, cross-channel marketing strategies, create scalable go-to-market initiatives, and drive top-line growth for a clean technology startup.  Dandelion is a Series B renewable energy company backed by leading investors like Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Google Ventures, Comcast Ventures, NEA, and Lennar. Senior Director of Marketing 

We are looking for a Senior Driller to lead our on-site drilling efforts for residential geothermal projects in the Northeast US. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the production rate of geothermal boreholes, the operation, and maintenance of equipment, the safety of on-site workers, and delivering feedback to both the Operations and Engineering team on how to optimize the overall process. You will also be responsible for ensuring the correct application of our design and installation standards.
