Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

The RoleWe’re looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to work on an architecture where the backoffice interacts with our mobile application and our fully connected bike. The role will be working in a team of web engineers, along-side our mobile developers and other relevant functions such as hardware and firmware, and reporting into our Architect Lead. For this role we would like someone with solid Ruby on Rails development although would be willing to consider someone with exceptional experience building microservices, or with python, or node.js. You'll need to integrate SIM Card management, end-of-line testing from our factory, remote bike diagnostic (like Tesla) and proactive failure management (detecting potential battery failure for instance) to provide world class customer support to our riders. Backend Developer

The role We’re looking for a Project Manager to join us here at Cowboy to help us achieve our ambitious vision; to change urban mobility through mass production of high-tech yet affordable electric bicycles.In this role, you have the opportunity to lead end-to-end product development projects in Cowboy from the Idea phase to Product launch, as well as deploy design improvements for our current portfolio.What you'll be doing Leading all Hardware department projects, coordinating 15-20 stakeholders across the Cowboy organisation.Your tasks will include:<ul> <li>Establishing the project master schedule, and rigorously maintaining the adherence to this schedule.</li> <li>Execute the product development phase together with internal function developers, industrial designers, mechanical and electronic product developers, quality and industrialisation engineers, marketing and procurement.</li> <li>After finalising the product development phase, you are responsible for developing and releasing the production processes and equipment in the Supply Chain or at key suppliers abroad.</li> <li>Together with the team, you will set up a review structure that provides optimal insight into the current status of the project and you initiate corrective actions if required.</li> <li>You will communicate project status, results, and activities with team members and internal and external stakeholders, always ensuring alignment of expectations.</li> <li>You will take the lead in setting up and managing the project budget, as well as overseeing and managing the cost targets.</li> <li>You have an international scope, so some travelling is part of this job.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Master’s degree in a technical subject, preferably mechanical engineering.
