Farm.One is a high-tech vertical farm that provides rare and heirloom varieties of herbs and microgreens. The company runs a prototype farm inside NYC's Institute of Culinary Education and develops unique technology for sensing, farm management, e-commerce, and operations while acquiring and serving a small group of customers with a total of 11 Michelin stars between them.
