Shell Technology Ventures (STV) is the corporate strategic investor for Shell. Shell relies on several initiatives that fuel creative thinking and generate innovative technologies – even if they’re “not invented here.” STV is an integral component of this initiative. Specifically, STV is helping Shell identify, adopt, and deploy new technologies faster, investing in ventures that look promising for delivering a meaningful commercial advantage. As a strategic partner, STV makes minority investments in select tech companies, joint ventures and externally managed venture capital funds.
