Product Marketing Manager

Climeworks captures CO₂ from air with the world’s first commercial carbon removal technology. Our direct air capture plants remove CO₂ from the atmosphere to supply to customers and to unlock a negative emissions future.

The Pioneers Team is in charge of innovating new digital products for consumers and corporate customers alike.

• Within the cross-functional Pioneers Team you are in charge of substantially growing the customer base for our existing and yet-to-be-invented digital products and services.
• You plan and execute the community growth strategy. Your smartly executed growth hacks and marketing activities will drive qualified leads to our product sales channels, and you will leverage existing customers to generate referral growth.
• You will directly impact our innovation roadmap, and have the chance to shape a nascent industry right from the beginning.
• You will leverage your knowledge of innovative technology and techniques, social media and marketing automation, to help create explosive user growth.

• Bachelor in marketing, writing, journalism, or similar
• > 8 years in marketing, advertising, journalism, PR towards a B2C audience
• Proven track record in running growth programs for digital services (ideally)
• Strong editorial/copy-writing skills in English
• Project management skills
• Critical thinking, finding out-of-the box concepts
• Ability to push projects forward independently and to own your work
• Fluent in English, German a plus
