The candidate will have a broad technical background in designing, testing, troubleshooting automotive EMI/EMC issues. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set EMC countermeasure for all the electronics devices developed by SF motors.
  • Develop design check rules to handle EMC-related matters for different types of hardware.
  • Develop improvement plans about EMC problems to meet specifications.
  • Establish EMC response process optimal for electronics device development for vehicles.
  • Plan projects and processes to resolve EMC related problems. 


  • Prior experience in developing automotive electronics (or similar products) and delivering to the market.
  • Prior experience in interfacing with Tier1 / OEM's (preferred)
  • Experience with mixed signal design interfacing voltage, current, temperature sensing and etc.
  • Experience with automotive electronics testing standard.
  • Experience with software debugging tools.
  • Strong Communication Skills 

Preferred Skills:

  • Automotive experience
  • Knowledge in environmental, reliability, and safety requirements for Automotive application
  • Creative thinking, and high level analytical ability
  • Large volume product development experience
