Family Description:

 

 

Establishes network standards. Analyzes and resolves complex network related problems. Analyzes and tests all elements of the network infrastructure. Designs secure global networks and establishes standards based on business objectives.

 

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to address and resolve complex business issues.
As a subject matter expert, contributes to the development of new ideas and methods to improve functional performance.
Plans, designs and implements high availability local and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms, Data Centers and Cloud environments.

Identifies network configuration and/or performance irregularities or anomalies, and develop procedures to respond to these irregularities in a timely manner as well as document for After Action Review
Complexity:

Works on complex assignments where effective data analysis requires evaluation of multiple and diverse sources/factors.
Exercises excellent judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria.
Networks with key contacts within and outside their own area of expertise.

Teamwork, Collaboration, and Influence:

Collaborates and has influence across the company.
When addressing work challenges, finds common ground and resolution among a diversity of views.
Actively provides feedback to enhance workgroup performance.
Provides guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff.

Seeks to understand current service delivery challenges, suggesting new and improved methods.
Assures that functional output is developed and delivered to meet customer and business requirements.

Brings creative thinking and ideas to improve work processes, end products, and team efficiency.

Generates innovative solutions to process, product, or methodological inefficiencies.
Provides consistently high-quality support and technical work on multiple projects.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience
Postgraduate coursework is desirable
OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
