The Position
CarbonCure is experiencing aggressive growth as our technology and value propositions are becoming globally recognized. CarbonCure’s international business model is to license its proprietary technology to concrete producers via authorized distributors that sell, install and service in their respective markets. CarbonCure Technology allows concrete producers to capture production efficiencies while delivering a low carbon concrete. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of CarbonCure’s demand generation programs, ideally using an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, designed to drive high quality leads from ready-mix producers and distributors in international markets, so that we exceed pipeline and revenue goals. Working in lock-step with marketing, sales, business development and the customer success/sustainability teams, your primary responsibility is to drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue through cohesive, integrated campaigns, customized regional content and messaging, and lead nurturing. Additional marketing support for existing international distributors may also be required.
Responsibilities
Leverage corporate ABM strategy and campaigns and adapt for regional ABM programs focused on inbound and outbound lead generation, including planning, budgeting, execution, optimization, and reporting
Manage and execute multi-channel, multi-touch (digital ads, social media, email marketing, events, direct mail, web and webinars, etc.) demand generation programs designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversion of ICP in international markets
Identify and work with local associations and third parties to reach the ideal audience and leverage that relationship to drive awareness and engagement through thought leadership content
Customize nurture programs designed to provide content aligned with the buyer journey, moving marketing leads through the funnel to sales-ready stage; adapt and customize for regional requirements where needed
Optimize use of corporate content assets (ebooks, case studies, blog posts, sales sheets, etc.) needed for demand generation. Identify unique content requirements based on regional needs
Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing performance on sales pipeline, including MQLs generated, conversion to SQL and pipeline contribution; measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend and adjust along the way based on results
Orchestrate marketing programs in alignment with the international business development team to drive pipeline volume and velocity
Implement and document marketing and sales processes, track and manage lead flow in Salesforce and Marketo, improve operational efficiencies and increase conversion rates at each stage along the buyer journey
Provide distributor marketing support where needed; sales tools, marketing collateral, lead generation support.
Our Requirements and Expectations
5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within indirect channel models (distribution, reseller, sales agent)
Experience marketing in international markets
Account-based marketing experience is strong plus
Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation and workflow processes; understanding & experience with lead management (lead scoring, nurturing, handoff) marketing automation and demand generation with focus on revenue impact
High degree of self-motivation, initiative in sharing information, contributing toward group goals, and being accountable for results.
Entrepreneurial drive to build a program that will have a major impact on company bottom line, flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
Proven track record for delivering sales results related to the marketing objectives as outlined in the position description
Technology savvy with web, marketing automation (preferably Marketo), CRM system (salesforce.com preferably), Google Analytics, and other demand generation related tools and platforms
Familiarity with social media through paid and organic marketing an asset
Demonstrated experience of partnering with sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth
Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously
Ability to coordinate with other team members of assorted responsibilities situated across multiple time zones
Familiarity with the construction and concrete industries and topics of securing specifications, green building, circular economy, embodied carbon, carbon utilization and climate change is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
