Logistics Analyst (EMEA Shift)

What You'll Do

• Work to understand and improve existing logistics processes at Lime
• Develop, implement and maintain databases with applicable logistics and inventory informationInterpret data to identify gaps, and recommend changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop, implement and maintain models, such as cost estimating and route optimization 
• Co-develop route guides based on criteria such as transportation costs and service levels
• Maintain and publish periodic logistics performance reports to Lime’s management team
• Work with Lime’s finance team on budgeting and gap analysis
• Create PO#s, validate invoices, cost capturing and reporting
• Track KPI’s and other periodic reports on performance
• Draft and maintain logistics processes, benchmarking against industry standards and trends
• Other related tasks as assigned

About You

• 3+ years supply chain, logistics, data science or analytical experience preferred  
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong logical thinking, verbal, and quantitative reasoning, along with the ability to zoom out, understand the ‘big picture’ and see patterns
• Ability to collaborate in a high-tempo cross-functional environment
• Experience in identifying improvements in process areas, and in assisting with implementing improvements
• Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Jira and other database system required
• Strong attention to detail
