Are you an iOS developer with 3+ years of experience? Do you have experience managing a team? Do you want to make a difference in the climate crisis? Are you motivated by working with smart and talented individuals who are creating a better world? Can you commit approximately 3 - 5 hours a week, working remotely on your own schedule with our far-flung, diverse team? If so, we would love to chat about your help and unique talents.&nbsp;

We are looking for action-oriented individuals who are excited to address climate change. As a startup, we are looking for people who will help build and scale our impact and at the same time are willing to roll up their sleeves to get stuff done! Responsibilities
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Play a central role on the iOS development team.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Team with Design and other Developers to bring app improvements to life.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Work independently to improve the code base, with the support from the team to remove roadblocks and save you time.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Improve processes and tools to increase team effectiveness.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Identifying and rectifying bugs and enhancing application performance.</li>
</ul>
Experiences useful in this role
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">3+ years of experience engineering for iOS devices.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Ability to take initiative, learn new things, and apply them.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience with programmatic UI, or SwfitUI or an interest to learn more.</li>

Expectations
You will work remotely and on your own schedule. Roles work best with a minimum commitment of 6 months for 3 - 5 hours a week (or more if you like!). Because our all-volunteer team is spread throughout the world, we rely mostly on a combination of Slack, Github, and video calls to communicate.
If you possess a high level of self-motivation, work well in teams, enjoy the opportunity to partner with like-minded individuals, and can commit quality time per week to help achieve team goals, we would love to hear from you.
