Job Title: Java Spring Developer                                                                  

Job Duties:  Design and develop microservices architecture-based enterprise applications that support high traffic volumes for various cloud platforms.  Support and collaborate with team members to work on planned deliverables in order to deliver products to market in an efficient and timely manner.  Produce high quality code for the full technological stack, from backend/database, middleware to User Interface (UI) and everything in-between.  Bridge the gap between elegant front-end (UI) design and existing enterprise backend architectures.  Work in close partnership with Product owner and QA members by adequately transferring design knowledge and collaboratively identifying Scope of Impact.         

Job Requirements:          

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Five (5) years of experience in the area of Java code development, design, implementation, and deployment across a wide variety of cloud-based platforms.
• Three (3) years of experience designing and building web-based platforms using Java, Spring Boot/Cloud, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, React JS and Angular JS code.
• Three (3) years of experience using cloud-based technologies, including Spring Framework with REST, Google Cloud, AWS Cloud, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, REDIS, or Apache Maven/Gradle to build highly scalable and distributed web platforms.
• Three (3) years of experience using Google Cloud Platforms in order to setup cloud infrastructure (virtual servers, networks, routing) and deploy web applications to the cloud.
• Three (3) years of experience utilizing collaborative engineering methodologies and practices including Scrum, XP, Continuous integration (CI), Continuous delivery (CD), and test-driven development.
• Scrum Fundamental Certification.
• Oracle certified Java Programmer.

Place of Employment Information:  May work in unanticipated locations in the United States.

Salary:  $119,600.16 per year

Hours:  9:00am – 5:00pm, M-F
