Job Title: Senior Java Developer                                                            

Job Duties:  Analyze users’ needs and then design, test, and develop software to meet those needs.  Recommend software upgrades for customers’ existing programs and systems.  Design each piece of an application or system and plan how the pieces will work together.  Bridge the gap between elegant front-end (UI) design and existing enterprise backend architectures.  Work in close partnership with Product owner and QA members by adequately transferring design knowledge and collaboratively identifying Scope of Impact.

Job Requirements:          

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Five (5) years of work experience in the area of Java code development, design, implementation, and deployment across a wide variety of cloud-based platforms.
• Three (3) years of experience working with microservice architecture and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Three (3) years of experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres, Oracle and BigQuery).
• Five (5) years of experience with web applications (JavaScript, AJAX, ExtJS, CSS, Angular JS).

Place of Employment Information:  May work in unanticipated locations in the United States.

Salary:  $123,625.20 per year

Hours:  9:00am – 5:00pm, M-F
