Job Description

Lime operates electric scooters and bikes, but our mission is larger. We believe in transforming cities through green, affordable, and accessible transportation for everyone. Headquartered in San Francisco, USA, we operate in more than 120 cities in 31 countries, with plans to expand responsibly. To do that, we need great people.
We are looking for an empathetic and experienced Product Manager to join the Supply team, which focuses on efficiently managing hundreds of thousands of vehicles that we deploy all over the world. You will build tools to empower Lime to achieve the best in class operation efficiency. These tools help provide reliable visibility into all aspects of operations and improve efficiency of workflows. We view our Product Managers as CEOs of their products. You service millions of customers from around the world, and support our global teams internally with the opportunity to launch products in over 25 countries.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Local Operations teams to create software and creative tools that allow our Local teams to make more vehicles available to our customers, our riders, and allowing us to make micromobility profitable
  • Be the CEO of your products. You create and own the roadmap and own the process from start to finish to bring new products to life, partnering directly with our internal engineering teams. You own the relationship with our 100+ Local Operations team, getting feedback and driving implementation
  • Get your hands dirty. Spending time in the field to get to know your customers is a must. Learn about our scooters and how they are charged, rebalanced, retrieved, and deployed. Absorb information about their lifecycle. Use this information to further advance our operational efficiencies through product

About You

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
  • Empathetic. It’s important for you to really get to understand your customer and their experiences and have a process for doing so
  • Intellectually honest. You recognize that you can only solve problems you’re willing to call out
  • Passion for micro mobility. You want to see cities transform to becoming people-centric and less polluted
  • Insight-led, and data optimized. You recognize great insights come from customer empathy. They’re then optimized and refined by looking at data. You’re comfortable with using data as a way of looking at a problem, and you’re confident in your ability to pull your own data to analyze a problem
  • Previous work experience in operations and building internal tools will be a plus

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to revolutionize transportation worldwide with the leader in urban mobility solutions
  • A position that offers a variety of career and resume building experiences with the fastest growing startup of 2019
  • Scale with a rapidly growing organization, with tons of opportunity for personal and professional growth
  • Play a role in the transformation of urban mobility and sustainability
  • Work with a team of fun and motivated individuals
  • Competitive salary and benefits
Lime is an Equal Opportunity Employer, but that’s only the start. We want people with different backgrounds, abilities, identities, and mindsets to join us—not just to do great work, but to build a better, more representative world.
