We are hiring a Program Manager to help us build, launch, and lead cultural initiatives that delivers and promotes diversity and inclusion in our culture. Successful candidates will have experience building and maintaining relationships with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), designing and delivering innovative D&I training solutions, and building trust with internal partners. 

What You'll Do

  • Champion diversity and inclusion awareness and cultural programs across Lime globally
  • Working closely with the Executive team to define and promote our inclusion and diversity strategies and action plans
  • Partner with HR and Recruiting to help incorporate diversity and inclusion goals into overall workforce strategy
  • Build inclusion programs to create a greater sense of uniqueness and belonging for new hires at the company
  • Develop company-wide dashboards sharing our progress towards diversity and inclusion OKRs at a global company level
  • Partner with our (currently 3, soon to be 5) ERGs to build programs, allyship and awareness, continuing to build out our ERG onboarding program and drive impact across the company globally
  • Facilitate and support execution of internal events, workshops, and programs focused on sense of belonging in our company
  • Partner with Learning & Development team to deliver impactful in-person and online D&I content and training
  • Help build company norms to cultivate inclusivity while working remotely

About You

  • Five years experience in HR Program Management, with at least two years experience focused on diversity and inclusion programs
  • Dedicated experience in program management with knowledge of project management standard methodologies
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion challenges in a complex global organization
  • Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices, industry trends, and ability to independently maintain relevant knowledge base
  • Experience influencing, relationship building, and communicating across global teams from the CEO and Executive Team and within all levels and geographies
  • Ability to set and drive diversity strategy, but also roll up your sleeves to deliver programs
  • Demonstrable track record of working autonomously and driving progress
