We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to manage and drive our Inside Sales team. This position requires an experienced professional who has either direct sales management experience or other relative managerial experience. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. This individual will demonstrate past experiences in mentoring and coaching team members to become successful sales professionals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the Inside Sales team 
  • Set and track sales targets for your team 
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process 
  • Present sales, revenue and forecast reports to the management team 
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products 
  • Research and discover new methods to increase customer engagement 
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives 
  • Areas of team development include, but are not limited to: 
  • Educate team members on the conversations and tools used to build and promote long-lasting customer relationships 
  • Coach each team member to be able to analyze their pipeline and forecast anticipated sales 
  • Identify growth markets and opportunities, while being fully aware of new products and competitive status 
  • Develop team members to become successful managers that lead by example and by a strong belief in using coaching and mentoring tools 
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to communicate customer sentiment and feedback directly back to the marketing and product teams 
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while also educating the team on pipeline management and reporting 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Extensive proficiency with Salesforce 
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and externally 
  • Strong business sense and automotive industry expertise strongly preferred 
  • Proven success as an Inside Sales Manager strongly preferred
