We are currently seeking an HR Administrator for our Newark , CA HQ. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. The main responsibilities as the HR Administrator will be to maintain and update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents and internal databases, such as compensation/benefits.

You Will:

  • Provide administrative support to the human resources function in all areas. 
  • Maintains employee personnel records and document management.
  • Maintain accurate documents and records as required.
  • Input employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database. 
  • Processes various , manually or electronically, related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.
  • Assist in new-hire orientations preparation and provides positive onboarding experience for new hires..
  • I9 verification, I9 re-verification, and onsite onboarding support.
  • Assisting with researching and providing information related to company policies, trainings, and other human resource programs.
  • Answer employee questions on provide guidance and information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information and direct them to sources to answers of their questions.
  • Assist in Off-boarding process
  • Assist in Travel Management
  • Reconcile department corporate credit card
  • Corporate Swags maintenance and merchandise inventory management. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or related field desired.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources as a coordinator or as an Administrative Support.
  • Excellent Excel skills as well as proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills is a must.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Focus on employee data accuracy and integrity
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
