Job Description:

• ASC606 calculations/reporting for the 2020 books and ongoing
• Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans
• Monitor the financial performance of the Company through reporting monthly financial results on a timely and accurate basis for both GAAP and management presentation purposes
• Review and monitor business controls and processes and report any known inefficiencies or ineffectiveness
• Manage operational banking activity, including processing wires and payments, presenting checks for signature, entering control totals, and other similar duties
• Assess problems, identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and /or resolve by working with appropriate parties
• Foster and support team and matrix organization through effective leadership methods
• Assist all team leaders with designing and compiling effective management reports and ratios for business performance
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Four-year degree in accounting, finance or related field, CPA strongly preferred
• Five+ years progressive accounting experience
• Highly proficient in GAAP, including ASC 606
• Strong ability to review, modify and propose business processes and strategic planning initiatives
• Strong computer literacy: spreadsheets, data bases, etc
• Advanced financial literacy: ratios and financial statement analysis
• Operational and process reviews
• Excellent communication/presentation skills-both written and verbal
• Team building and motivation in cross functional environment
• SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
