Design Lead

Patch is a carbon removal platform. We're building the nessessary software infrastructure to help scale carbon removal to 1000s of megatonnes globally - a nessessary feat to stop the exestential thread of climate change. We're working with a wide range of businesses ranging from e-commerce marketplaces, delivery applications and fintech platforms to enable consumer companies to offer climate positive features to their users.

As Patch's first fulltime design hire, you'll play a central role guiding the user experience and brand of Patch.You'll work in close collaboration with the co-founders, engineering and marketing to develop remarkable products and tell compelling stories.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating closely with multiple disciplines including product, engineering and marketing.
• Comfort rigourously prioritizing design decsions that will result in Patch quickly deliverying value to its users and suppliers.
• Proficiency with current industry design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Framer, Github, etc.

Nice to Have

• Experience delevloping modern websites using code or low code tools (e.g. webflow, css, html)
