We are currently seeking a Manager of Sales Programs to support the Sales organization’s aggressive growth plans. This person will help with various programs across multiple departments including, but not limited to, Sales, Delivery, Service, Logistics, Retail Operations, Marketing, Legal, HR, and Finance. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, and possesses an ability to relentlessly prioritize, balancing short-term initiatives with long-term goals.

The Role:

  • Create appropriate project plans and trackers, pulling in relevant owners and stakeholders
  • Define program and project scopes, with associated timelines for deliverables
  • Support immediate efforts related to:
Customer deliveryVehicle logisticsInternal fleetFleet salesVehicle trade-inCustomer-facing financial programsoInternal communications
  • Help develop and maintain the Sales org’s internal knowledge-base
  • Create ad hoc slides and presentations when necessary
  • Build custom reports and provide insights and analyses leveraging the different systems including Salesforce and Tableau
  • Develop market-specific strategies to support Lucid’s expansion into new markets
  • Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales programs, project management, business planning, operations, strategy, or similar role
  • Proven ability to plan, create, execute, and influence
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how certain programs impact said experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, from ideation to delivery and launch
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
  • Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
