We are looking for an energetic, analytical, and detail-oriented Sustainability Associate to build out and drive internal and external adoption of our company’s core sustainability and impact offerings for customers and partners - including the flagship Aspiration Impact Measurement (AIM) offering, along with reforestation, carbon offset/credit, and other sustainability-focused products and services.  This position will report to the Head of Sustainability.

What You'll Do

  • Understand and work with data providers to incorporate ESG factors into the creation of sustainability metrics and composite personal and company impact scores
  • Use research and vision to evaluate and maintain weightings of factors to create sustainability scores
  • Work with product, marketing/growth, design data, and engineering teams to incorporate sustainability across our product offerings
  • Evangelize sustainability and AIM both internally and externally
  • Help communicate AIM and other sustainability offerings to brands and partners
  • Provide sales and marketing support to achieve external AIM adoption goals
  • Stay current on industry sustainability initiatives and standards, e.g. SASB and UN SDGs
  • Contribute to developing and ensuring operational excellence around regular updates of sustainability metrics and reporting
  • Develop dashboards and metrics to track and report success, at the corporate level, the individual customer level and at the customer population level

What You'll Bring

  • 2-5 years experience in ESG/sustainability research
  • Familiarity with metrics & frameworks for sustainability, e.g. SASB, UN SDG
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced growth-focused environment
  • Exceptional analytical/quantitative experience in Excel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, get things done attitude with the ability to work independently and with little supervision
  • Creative problem solver
  • Proven ability to work with, inspire and energize others, internal and external
  • GOOD TO HAVE:
  • Technical sales support

  • Familiarity work with analysis/reporting tools like Looker or Tableau
