We are looking for a creative Image Analyst and Machine Learning Engineer for our team. Our ideal candidate is a skilled, meticulous engineer, who can work independently and efficiently in large teams, is capable of driving projects to completion ahead of schedule, and is experienced with building machine learning models with deep learning frameworks to extract quantitative metrics from images.
Responsibilities:
Build machine learning models using deep learning to produce quantitative values from image segmentation and object detection for process control feedback.Build models that produce quantified metrics on a range of imaging tools: SEM, TEM, OM, and X-ray.Cross pollinate and implement ideas and solutions between the Microscopy, Metrology, and IT teams to integrate ML models at scale for automatic data processing and database integration of results.
Minimum Education And Experience Requirements:
B.S. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Data Science or related field>2 years’ experience with an electron microscope>2 years’ experience with applying deep learning to image analysisProficiency in at least one type of programming language (e.g., Python, C++, R, JMP, MATLAB, etc.)Knowledge of deep learning frame works (e.g., PyTorch, Sci-kit learn,, TensorFlow, Keras etc.)Experience with image processing algorithms using MATLAB, Python, OpenCV
