Associate

Spring Lane Capital is looking to add Associates to our investment team as we grow. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, demonstrated high execution on complex projects (what that means is up to you), and some combination of structured finance / private equity / project finance experience. While we are not an "Impact Fund", we as a team care a lot about our impact. So we are looking for candidates who have a growth mindset, are supportive and inclusive, and care about the mission to establish a new investment model for the sector, which we hope could unlock significant growth for current and future sustainability solutions. We're hiring these positions for our Boston office.
