The Role

We have an amazing opportunity for an energetic, creative and organized individual to join our fast-growing team! We’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting people, works quickly and efficiently, believes the devil is in the details, and likes going above and beyond the status quo to ensure Wunder is a fantastic place to work. This position, broadly speaking, will be responsible for all-things-people. You will be Wunder’s go-to person for employee experience and engagement, training and development, event planning and operational human resources. 

If you get excited about supporting a high-impact team, building an organization aimed at saving the world, and ensuring that all of the details needed to make all of that happen are covered, then this is the role for you. 

About You

• A Strong Foundation - You have 4+ years of experience in a People Operations Generalist role at a startup or high growth company focusing on HR strategy, employee experience, benefits, professional development, onboarding, and training. You're a jack of all HR trades and you love wearing many hats.

• You Love People! - You live and breathe people. You have the ability to connect with everyone you meet, enjoy impromptu conversations with team members, and have a passion for ensuring Wunder is a great place to work. 

• You’re Creative & Autonomous - You enjoy brainstorming creative ideas for employee engagement, team events and the like. Then, you’ll take care of the details to make them happen. 

• You’re Detail-Oriented & Super Organized - You believe the devil is in the details. Whether it’s taking note of a team member’s favorite ice cream flavor, or organizing an in-depth itinerary for a team retreat - you’ll anticipate and take care of every last detail to ensure the trains are running ahead of schedule. 

• You have a Team Ethos - You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced startup environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission. You’re willing to do whatever it takes to help your teammate next to you succeed.
