As Head of Marketing at Redaptive, you will own the full suite of the company’s marketing, branding, customer feedback and corporate communication efforts. You will lead the company’s account-based marketing, lead generation, content marketing, lead nurturing, sales funnel reporting, ROI analysis and retention marketing. You will establish and refine customer insights, product differentiators, and messaging for the marketing. You will own both the strategy development and the execution of these efforts, so you will need to be a self-starter who is ready to be hands-on to deliver results. Responsibilities· Brand Strategy: you will own and execute Redaptive’s strategy to enhance our brand story within our target markets and decision makers (Senior executives within Real Estate, Sustainability, Energy and Facilities leadership at Fortune 1000 companies)· Product Feedback: you will collect and analyze customer feedback, reviewing usage analytics and using the data to inform our product strategy and roadmap· Account-Based Marketing Strategy: you will develop an account-based marketing strategy and program to target and attract our selected accounts and personas. · Expand market presence: you will be responsible for positioning Redaptive as the “easy bet” for all potential Fortune 1000 customers · Chief Storyteller / Content Owner: you will be the company’s chief storyteller. You will develop compelling and easy-to-understand marketing content that highlights product benefits to clients. You will own Redaptive’s online story, including all website content and case studies. You will support the sales team and company leadership by developing and continuously refining the content assets needed to drive successful demand generation projects. This includes refining messaging and targeting for our audiences and personas across presentations, case studies, blog posts and webinars · Retention Marketing: you will generate and distribute content to re-engage existing customers · Measurement and Data-Based Decision Making: you will create methods (via salesforce and other digital tools) to attribute and track ROI from campaigns across various channels. Use data to make recommendations to company leadership on major sales and marketing decisions · Competitive Analytics: you will create competitive analysis and market positioning assessment to clarify, position and establish Redaptive as the global leader in efficiency-as-a-service and energy-as-a-serviceRequirements:· Minimum 7-20+ years' experience in marketing/advertising with the complete understanding of the creative development process for all channels. · Significant experience with B2B marketing with a preference for candidates who have experienced targeting senior executive decision makers at Fortune 1000 companies · Self-starter, comfortable with end-to-end ownership of creating initiatives from scratch, managing execution and analysis/refinement of initiatives to ensure continuous improvement · Strong experience and love for data and metric-based decision making to ensure a strong ROI for marketing budgets· Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills· Strong understand of CRM tools including salesforce.com
