The Service Concierge position directly interfaces with service center clients as an integral part of the customer experience. This position is responsible for varied duties in the service center such as greeting clients, answering phones, and directing client inquiries. The Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment This role may require extended travel to Newark, CA and Casa Grande, AZ for training and temporary assignments.


The Role

  • Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid Motors clients, internal and external
  • Greets incoming service clients, answer and direct phone calls, answer client questions, and take messages as needed
  • Coordinate client appointments as needed
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and customer service
  • Handles other administrative duties as needed
  • Communicate with the highest level of professionalism with all clients
  • Work closely with other members of the service team
  • Perform valet duties as needed
  • Coordinate alternate transportation (loaner/rental vehicles) as needed for clients

Qualifications

  • Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry
  • Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid Motors clients, internal and external

Advantages Experience

  • Experience in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of HV systems, LV systems, and EV powertrains
  • Start-up experience and related fast-paced environments
