What You Will Be Doing

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Strong communication skills, interaction with clients, users, management, and developers
• Collaborate with peer organizations in data engineering and end users to produce scalable analytics solutions
• Manage data modelling, design, performance optimization of redshift Datawarehouse
• Coach, mentor, and Influence Data Analytics team; sharing skills and expertise and leading by example
• Proficiency with Agile related project management (such as Jira)
• Prior experience in source code management & versioning tools such as GitHub
• Deep understanding of Datawarehouse architecture and design
• Strong Knowledge of AWS Tech stack in Data Warehouse/Data Lake domain
• Proven ability to work with cross functional teams to design and implement Data Analytics systems

Requirements

• B.E. Degree or equivalent preferably in computer science
• 10+ years of experience in Datawarehouse and Analytics domain
• 5+ years of Experience on AWS Services technical stack using Redshift
• Experience in at least one or more turnkey Datawarehouse implementation
• Solid understanding of Amazon Redshift Architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Glue
• AWS Pipeline knowledge to develop ETL for data movement to Redshift.
• Hands on experience with one or more ETL tools such as Pentaho, Talend…
• Expert in SQL and redshift query performance tuning skills. Strong in writing complex queries with nested joins and derived tables
• Advanced knowledge of Data Architecture, Database design principles, Data/Dimension Modelling
• Experience with agile methodology
• Experience in tableau visualization and dashboards is a big plus
• Experience in Data Management and Governance such as Talend/Alteryx/Collibra is an added advantage
• Knowledge or experience with predictive analytics, Data sciences is a big differentiator
