OVERVIEW
Beyond Meat is seeking an outstanding Office Coordinator to join the team at HQ in El Segundo, CA. The ideal candidate has both strong organization and time management skills, with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude. This is a fast-paced role and requires an individual to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with others throughout the company. The candidate will be responsible for front office reception, day-to-day general office and clerical duties. This position will be the first point of contact for visitors at HQ in El Segundo who will greet and assist them within the office environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain office public areas such as front desk, waiting area, restrooms and break areas
  • Greet guests, escort them to meetings
  • Delivering mail, answering calls, multitasking
  • Order supplies, stationery and office snacks, computer monitors and keyboards
  • Schedule, coordinate meetings and conferences, including office catering and cleanup
  • Use computer tools to improve scheduling, work processes, and task management 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, reviewing/preparing word documents if necessary
  • Manage computer files, google drive and e-mail
  • Receive and distribute mail to the appropriate team member
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Troubleshoot general office equipment
  • General kitchen duties: make coffee, loading and unloading of dishwasher, restocking supplies
  • Order snacks, supplies for break rooms; surveying the needs of the departments and making orders
  • Manage cleaning crew
  • Prepare for special events and celebration
  • Coordinating with Security to organize parking for guests and overflow
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate Degree or higher in business or related field
  • 2+ years in office administration / management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, Google sheets
  • Computer savvy
  • Team player and flexible
  • Helpful attitude, friendly and outgoing
  • Self starter and able to troubleshoot to solve problems
  • Believes in our company values

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Frequent sitting at a desk, communication using computer and phone
  • Lifting not to exceed 25 lbs.
