Program Manager – Energy Metering

Redaptive is looking to hire an experienced Program Manager with a background in high volume and complex electrical and/or construction projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses scale and operate efficiently. This is a critical position for a growing company, and the new hire will work alongside multiple teams in India and the US. Job Description:·         Schedule projects across dozens of sites and communicate those schedules appropriately.·         Delivery of large portfolios of work for customers; including work related to installation of electrical devices on customer premises.·         Managing customer satisfaction across all levels·         Schedule projects across dozens of sites and communicate those schedules appropriately ·         Hiring and managing subcontractors·         Maintaining schedules·         Ensure all parties are aware of expected timelines·         Identify and Solve any project related issues ·         Managing project budgets·         Reporting both internally and to customers·         Process improvement·         Additional duties as required Does this sound like you?·         Understands construction and/or performance contracting·         Program management tool experience·         Inherently detailed·         Excellent critical thinking·         Quality spoken and written communication skills·         Ability to organize large volumes of information rapidly·         Excels in a fast-paced environment·         Ability to thrive in a changing startup environment·         Loves conquering deals·         Great attitude, willing, and thoughtful·         Willingness and capability to work with remote teams·         Can think and push in terms of scale, i.e., “If one is possible, why not 100? What do we change/what can we streamline to make it possible?”·         Ability to execute tasks with minimal guidance·         Result oriented, confident, curious, and proactive with an ambition to grow·         Interest and/or experience working abroad or with US/Europe based organizations·         Interest in the energy efficiency or renewable energy sector and/or experience with ESCOs or other industry related companies·         Bachelor’s degree, most likely mechanical engineering, or construction management, but others considered with strong experience·         3-5 years as a Project or Program Manager. Experience in electrical or construction projects is a plus
