What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint is on a journey to transform its Product Life Cycle Management processes and digital technologies across all its' product groups, to deliver enterprise-wide business process improvements to drive standardization, reduce costs, reduce delivery lead times, and increase quality. The senior PLM implementation engineer will work on technical implementation of PLM (Teamcenter) applications.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Develop Teamcenter customizations to implement PLM processes in the following domains: (1) Enterprise / Engineering Change Management (2) Management of Product Configuration; (3) Parts Classification; (4) Engineering Document Management; (5) Parts & BOM Structuring & Strategy (eBOM, mBOM, BOP, Service BOM etc.); and (6) PLM Integrations with ERP, MES and other Enterprise Applications.
• Define and execute the workflows, data migration & conversion strategy and technical plan.
• Own all components of the technical solution, including solution specifications, software configuration & code, integrations, data model and associated IT infrastructure.
• Support the PLM project managers in the planning and effective application of technical elements of change, and risk management principles where required.
• Create designs, application architecture & coding standards that are reusable, efficient, scalable, and meet the needs of the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and implementing 'brown field' Teamcenter PLM system involving complex / significant customization, data migration and cutover activities.
• At least 3+ years of strong knowledge on Teamcenter Unified version 10.0 or above, in development and customization (ITK, RAC, SOA, BMIDE)
• At least 2+ years of Experience on Teamcenter Services (Teamcenter Dispatcher Services, Global Services & SOA)
• Strong expertise on relevant Teamcenter functionalities like Product Structure Configuration with effectivity & variants, Workflows, PLMXML, queries, supplier collaboration etc.
• Experience with Teamcenter integration with Netsuite and Arena systems a plus.
